Website designer
You must have
- have a sound knowledge of HTML, DHTML, Javascript
- be thorough with Photoshop, Corel, Flash
- have a good asthetic sense
- be fluent with both written and spoken english
3D and multimedia skills will be a big plus.
Please bring sample work you've done (it will not be deposited; you can take it back).
JAVA/JSP developer OR C#/asp.NET developer
Essential Skills: (All of the following in each candidate)
- Collections API and data structures
- ANSI SQL
- UML - Use Cases, Event and Class models.
- HTML/DHTML/JS
Optional Skills: (At least one complete set must be possessed by each candidate, in addition to the above essential skills)
- JSP/servlets, HTML, DHTML, javascript
- ASP, HTML, DHTML, javascript
- Working/programming experience on GIS platforms
J2EE, JMS, EJB, JMX, strong algorithm skills will be counted as good assets. Sun Certification in Java programming is a big plus.
Please bring design examples and code samples of previous work.
You will primarily be working on Linux for your development. We will give you the necessary training for this (if required).
Management Trainees/freshers
You need to have a sound knowledge of software development apart from your management degree. The ideal candidates would be MBA in IT or MBA with a long term course in computers/software development.
Fluency in english is a must.
Technical writer.
You need to be fluent in English, have a flair for writing, and know computer programming, system analysis and design.
It is not necessary that a Technical writer be able to program computers, but you must know the buzzwords and have an idea of computer programming.
Article writer.
You are required to write articles to be published on various news and blog sites on the internet. Topics could range from the real-estate sector to recent happenings in the energy sector to why the outsourcing business needs better organization. You should be capable of browsing the web, and have excellent english.
Software Tester
The right candidate for testing must have a strong grasp of English language, English report writing, a logical and analytical mind which is capable of looking through all possibilities, a careful attitude.
